Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Ward Manager to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care
  • Contribute to the development of our services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes
  • Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Support the recruitment and retention of staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse, with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work flexibly, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care 24/7
