About Our Supply Teaching Positions:

We are currently recruiting experienced education professionals to fill long-term supply teaching roles in Key Stages 1 and 2. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different school environments while making a significant difference in children's education.

Key Responsibilities:

As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and adapting your teaching methods to cater to individual pupils' needs. You will also maintain strong communication with school leadership teams and provide constructive feedback on student progress.

  • Plan and deliver interactive lessons for KS1 or KS2 students
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and foster a positive learning atmosphere
  • Develop tailored teaching approaches to meet diverse pupil needs
  • Maintain open communication with school administrators
  • Offer regular feedback on student performance and progress

What We Offer:

We provide competitive pay rates (£120+ per day), flexible working options, ongoing professional development, and dedicated support from our team. Estimated salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
