Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Networks Technical Trainer to join our team at Talent International. As a Global Technology Recruitment Consultancy, we specialize in the Network Engineering space across the UK.

This permanent opportunity is based in London, where you will be expected to work in the office on a hybrid basis. As a Networks Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining training documents and materials, leading the development of skilled NOC engineers, and ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of client networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain training documents and materials
  • Lead the development of skilled NOC engineers
  • Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of client networks
  • Manage training roadmaps
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct training sessions with small to medium-sized groups
Requirements
  • Previous technical trainer or instructor experience
  • Cisco and/or Juniper background
  • Routing and switching expertise, including MPLS, BGP, and OSPF
  • Network security expertise, including Fortinet/FortiGate
  • Ability to operate at CCNP level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong networks technical expertise
