Key Responsibilities
  • To create a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their immediate needs are met.
  • To provide childcare services while parents attend groups and individual sessions.
  • To facilitate playroom groups, including Baby Massage, Baby Sensory, and Musical Babies.
  • To observe, supervise, and record family interactions, child behavior, and parental motivation.
  • To provide structured feedback to parents and assist with childcare duties as required.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to deliver a culturally sensitive service.
  • To adhere to Child Protection Procedures and the Centre's policies and procedures.
  • To participate in training and supervision, identifying relevant courses for personal and professional development.
Working Hours

Shifts will include a mix of morning and evening shifts, including 7:30am - 3:00pm and 2:30pm - 10:00pm.
