Employee Experience Lead

To be successful in this HR Manager role, you will need to have a strong background in human resources and experience in a similar role. You should also have strong data and reporting skills, a high degree of self-management and initiative, and excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Required Skills:
- HR Policies and Procedures: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures and the ability to design, implement, and review them.
- Employee Handbook: Ability to update the employee handbook with policy and legislative changes.
- HR Reporting: Strong data and reporting skills to prepare detailed monthly HR reports for management.
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to develop a health and safety program that fulfils legal requirements.
- Team Management: Ability to manage a team of 6 staff, offering support and training while coordinating coverage for holidays and absences.
- HR Support: Strong communication skills to offer expert support and advice to management and employees on HR matters.
