Job Description: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting payment runs, maintaining and reconciling direct debit and supplier accounts, resolving queries and investigating any outstanding debit balances, and ensuring timely posting of employee expenses in accordance with company policy. You will also process daily payments requests, assist in Month End Reporting and KPI Stats reporting, and conduct weekly ledger reviews with the Accounts Payable Lead. Additionally, you will have ad-hoc finance duties when required. A working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, is essential for this role.
