Town Planning Application Expert

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Town Planner to lead and manage town planning applications for infrastructure, energy, and renewables projects in Chester.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage town planning applications, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and environmental assessments.
  • Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • MRTPI chartered status (or working towards it).
  • Significant experience in town planning, particularly in infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in delivering complex planning applications.
