Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership to our production team, including shift managers and frontline leaders, to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Efficiency Improvement: Develop, execute, and own the long-term efficiency improvement plan for our factory, working closely with engineering to drive Autonomous Maintenance progress.

- Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing large manufacturing operations, with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
- Leadership: A natural leader with a history of inspiring teams and a commitment to safety and quality, with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills, and a working knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
- Education and Certifications: Strong production background, related degree desirable, and specific knowledge and experience of Operational Management.
