About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the team
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels
  • Support and lead a team, handling administrative tasks and building a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
A Day in the Life

You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across the site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
