Human Resources Manager Position

Our client, a reputable business based in the Maldon area, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and be able to provide strategic support to the management team.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable salary depending on experience, with a minimum of £35,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, the role also offers 23 days holiday + bank holidays and an auto pension scheme.
About the Job
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Manager to assist managers with employee relations, develop HR policy and procedures, and support change management processes. Key duties include:
- Assisting managers with employee relations and conflict resolution;
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Identifying training and development needs and providing advice to managers;
- Supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring job descriptions are available;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required;
- Participating in the implementation of specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the company's strategic goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this HR Manager position, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with HR software and systems;
- A high level of organisational and time management skills.
