Primary Early Years Practitioner Position

We are recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Primary school team in Maldon.

Contract/Position Details

  • Location: Maldon
  • Position: Early Years Practitioner
  • Type of work: Teaching assistant
  • Contract type: permanent
  • Full time/part time: Full Time
  • Minimum rate of pay: £85 per day
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 15:30 pm

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals or SEN
  • Excellent Behaviour Management skills
  • A calm, patient manner and ability to react positively to a fast-changing environment
  • UK Graduates welcome to apply
  • Desired - previous experience working in a UK school either in a primary or secondary setting
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
  • Level 2 or 3 in EYFS

Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide professional related references
