Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
As an Office Manager at Exemplar Health Care, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our care home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgetary controls, and completing staff records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system
- Effective management of budgetary controls
- Completing staff records, including attendance and holiday records
- Processing payroll information
- Being the first point of contact for colleagues, the people we support, and our visitors
- Overseeing the home's general enquiries
- Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
About You:
We are looking for someone with experience of working in administration or office management, efficient data processing skills, and a keen attention to detail. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good working IT knowledge, and digital skills. A relevant qualification, such as Information Technology or Business Administration at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, is also required.
