Cambridge Cyrenians is a leading charitable organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy and Partnerships Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our philanthropy and partnerships strategy, including identifying and securing major gift donations from high net worth individuals and organizations.

You will work closely with Trustees and Senior Staff to develop and deliver our fundraising strategy, ensuring that we meet our targets and grow our supporter base. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering our philanthropy and partnerships strategy
  • Identifying and securing major gift donations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and organizations

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
