- Deliver excellent customer service to our pet parents, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies, including sales growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to excellence.
