Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

A dynamic and rewarding Deputy Care Home Manager position has become available in a leading residential care service based in the Leyland, Lancashire area. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated support staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care and support.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and independence of service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of best practice in social care and the continuous development of the service.
  • Utilize your expertise to manage people and processes, driving service success and excellence.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop great support skills within the staff team.
