About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Theatre Nursing Team at Southfields Veterinary Specialists.

As a Theatre RVN, you will work closely with our experienced team of surgeons and nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform the circulating nurse and scrub nurse role
  • Provide nursing care and preparations for surgical patients
  • Help with the maintenance and preparation of sterile supplies
  • Support SVNs and PCAs during their theatre rotation
  • Infection control monitoring
  • Work and communicate effectively between different departments and personnel
  • Anaesthesia and sedations for surgical patients
