- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective therapy delivery.
- Participate in educational program development for the clinical area.
- Act as a supervisor, mentor, and assessor, supporting staff development and competence.
- Cover other clinical areas as needed, with senior nursing staff guidance.
