Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infection Prevention and Control Nurse to lead the delivery of quality infection control practices within our hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infection prevention and control, with excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of infection prevention and control practice and surveillance of incidents of infection
- Collate and report on audit findings and surveillance data
- Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices
