Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Robertson Sumner Ltd is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales strategies that align with our growth objectives.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentorship. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to position the company for growth, monitoring sales trends, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, customer success teams, and sales fulfillment operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to position the company for growth.
  • Monitor sales trends and implement initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with marketing to support promotions and product campaigns.
  • Lead with a data-driven approach to assess performance and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of Inside Sales Management experience, ideally in UC and AV industries.
  • Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience running and growing a similar BD Team
  • Experience selling IT Kit/Hardware etc
  • Experience of selling to End Users
