Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee our team of Playworkers and Activity Professionals in a term time only position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and daily management of the club, providing children aged 4 to 11 years with a range of play, EYFS learning, and sport activities.

Purpose and Responsibilities

The role involves organising a daily routine that provides enrichment and meets the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs of the children. You will also build links and work in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an NVQ Level 3 in Playwork/Childcare and have previous experience in leading/supervising childcare provisions. An understanding of OFSTED requirements is also essential, as is a good understanding of child protection, child development, health & safety legislation.

Salary and Benefits
