Media Sales Director Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd is proud to be working with one of Europe's largest and most successful media groups. Due to internal progression, their Midlands division require an experienced and driven Media Sales Director to oversee and continue to build this lucrative territory and the teams within it.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  • Lead a best-in-class sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and deliver customer-focused strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and train a sales team, including delivering on-the-job and classroom training to aid in their development.

Requirements:

  • Current/recent media/advertising experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and meeting performance targets.
  • Previous experience in commercial and sales leadership roles is essential, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and team management.
  • Experience managing and training a sales team, with a focus on developing their skills and abilities.
  • Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Knowledge of delivering marketing strategies and trends analysis, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
