Media Sales Director Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd is proud to be working with one of Europe's largest and most successful media groups. Due to internal progression, their Midlands division require an experienced and driven Media Sales Director to oversee and continue to build this lucrative territory and the teams within it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning and Management: Develop and implement business plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  • Revenue and Performance Targets: Deliver revenue and performance targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Customer-Focused Strategy: Plan and deliver customer-focused strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Provide on-the-job and classroom training to aid in the development of your team, and manage a best-in-class sales team through coaching, feedback, and development.

Requirements:

  • Media and Advertising Experience: Current/recent media and advertising experience is essential for this role.
  • Commercial and Sales Leadership: Previous experience in commercial and sales leadership roles is essential.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and training a sales team/teams is required.
  • Strategic Commercial Development: Experience delivering strategic commercial development, process, and planning is essential.
  • Analytical and Data Skills: Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills are required.
  • Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of delivering marketing strategies and trends analysis is beneficial.
