Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mandarin and English language support specialist to join our team at the United Kingdom Education Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality after-sales consultation and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and provide general and specific information as required.
- Support the recruitment of international students and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.
- Participate in company training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Deliver information sessions at company meetings and university events.
- University degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Initiative to develop and improve services.
