Job Summary

We are recruiting a Senior Adult Psychiatrist to join our community mental health team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent.
  • Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRC Psych) or equivalent.
  • Eligibility for inclusion on the specialist register.
  • Postgraduate experience in adult psychiatry or related field.
