Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in an international role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our global teams, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for our international teams.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to support our global operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a global context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
