Accounts Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at HSB Technical. This part-time position will provide administrative support for various tasks, working closely with the accounts department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in accountancy or bookkeeping, with proficiency in Sage50 software. AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification is desirable, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills.
This role involves consolidating and emailing weekly payroll hours, updating wages journals, processing supplier invoices, paying weekly wages, and handling expense claims. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
