Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of local people living in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to support our clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care that meets their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as required
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Clean and maintain client homes
  • Assist with mobility and transfers

Requirements
