As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in delivering best practices around the analysis, design, and development of software applications and solutions that meet the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of new software solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure awareness of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practices, ensuring IT security requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements.
  • Provide structured training for business functions to maximize effectiveness and ensure application lifecycle management.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business in providing fit-for-purpose applications and solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive the use of standard tools and processes in the system arena.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as consultants, software vendors, and auditors, as required to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements of systems, processes, and business models to inform solution development.
  • Support the change management process and assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects.
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability, documenting processes and procedures to maintain them.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on programming experience with.NET and C# in a MS Web Server environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and maintaining Oracle objects, stored procedures, tables, views, functions, materialized views, DB links, etc. in a Relational database environment (preferably Oracle).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Cincom Control is desired.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Finance, Engineering, and/or purchasing.
  • Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment.
