Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Centre Manager to lead our sales team in the East Midlands. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Salary: £34,000-£40,000 per annum, with an OTE of circa £50,000.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver business results.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
