About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through sales and marketing activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in sales or account management is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, including phone calls, faxes, and emails
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with all interactions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and industries they serve
  • Take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples
  • Achieve combined regional sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

Benefits:

  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm)
  • Commission
  • 22 days holidays and 8 bank holidays
  • Free car parking

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
