Business Development Representative

Pareto is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead B2B sales initiatives and drive growth.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, with a strong background in hospitality. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and educating restaurants on the value of Pareto's Point of Service Technology.
Salary: £40-45k basic salary, with excellent OTE and equity options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Cultivate and maintain a thriving sales pipeline through strategic networking
- Deliver captivating product demonstrations
- Provide exceptional after-sales support
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience required
- 2 years of experience within hospitality required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
