Job Title: Asset Management Middle Office Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Middle Office Associate to join our team at Orla Rose Associates. As a key member of our Operations department, you will provide daily support and work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain OTC and ETD products, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Manage daily closing and settlement prices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the management of IM setup, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
  • Report market data and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct stress testing of existing and new processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Review FCA and Exchange notices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage daily static data controls, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
  • Develop and implement new procedures and controls, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage exchange reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission
  • Document and review existing procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Assist with client-specific queries, providing expert knowledge and support
