Job Summary

The Asset Management Associate will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies across a growing Pan European portfolio. This includes delivering asset level business and repositioning plans, overseeing third-party operating partners, and managing the annual budget process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset level business and repositioning plans across European jurisdictions and asset classes.
  • Oversee the performance of third-party operating partners and property management companies.
  • Manage the annual budget process and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop strategic asset level plans, including reforecasting and quarterly distribution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with property appraisers on the quarterly valuation process.
  • Manage the bank financing process, including compliance reporting and debt covenants.
  • Assist with liquidity events, including refinancings and disposals.
  • Support acquisition teams with due diligence efforts.
  • Contribute to wider company initiatives, including ESG and data collection strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of three years direct experience in asset or transaction management preferred.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
  • Team-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and initiative, with good business awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across Europe required.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German, French, or Spanish preferred.
