About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Charity Shop Assistant to join our team at our Bedfordshire South Branch. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us raise vital funds for animal welfare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain retail experience, develop new skills, and make a real difference in your local community.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Processing sales, handling donations, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Maintaining stock levels, pricing items, and creating visually appealing displays.
