Care Programmes Coordinator

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Care Programmes Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Programmes Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering imaginative and fun activities to our residents. This includes helping to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a range of pastimes, social activities, outings, and events. Your role will also involve supporting residents to live independently and enhance their involvement with family, friends, and the local community.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and enjoys helping others to live their lives to the full. A real interest in the people we support is a must. No specific experience is needed, just a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others.
