Hunter Hughes is a leading waste management company seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the environment and boost your career in sales.

About the Role

You will be responsible for selling waste contracts to corporate end users, facilities management partners, and retail and restaurant chains.

In this position, you will develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts.

A proven track record of sales success and ability to build long-term relationships with clients are essential requirements for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Basic Salary: $52,500 per annum
  • Overtime (OTE): up to $15,000 per year
  • Car Provided
  • Home Office Available
  • Pension Scheme
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Sell waste contracts to corporate clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts
Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Earn an estimated salary of $67,500 per annum.
