About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our Sustainable Chemistry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or a related science field, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing and delivering Sustainable Chemistry projects and programmes, tracking and reporting impacts, and contributing to a culture of continual improvement and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote sustainable chemistry practices and drive environmental impact.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the organisation's sustainability agenda and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
