Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our team in the Fitness and Aquatics department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

Fitness and Aquatics Therapy Assistant: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our therapists during water-based sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Key Duties:

  • Assist therapists with planning and delivering water-based therapy sessions
  • Support participants with their physical and emotional needs during sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of session participation and progress

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social care)
  • Experience working with children and young adults with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
