About the Role

Finn Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Corporate & Financial Services team. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the team's growth and development.

You will have the opportunity to work with C-suite executives, providing strategic counsel and helping clients achieve their objectives. This role requires a resourceful self-starter who shares our Work Hard-Play Nice values and has a proven track record in managing multiple clients and teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing PR/integrated communication strategies and plans;
  • Liaising with media and content developers;
  • Managing projects and teams;
  • Preparing reports and budgets;

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of agency experience;
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients, preferably across corporate and investment banking, payments, and trade finance sectors;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content-led campaigns and develop editorial and proofing skills;
  • Successful track record in new business development and pitching;
  • Media and spokesperson training and management experience;
  • Mentoring junior team members and developing their skills;
  • Creativity, initiative-taking attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
