Experienced Teaching Assistant

This Experienced Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a caring and dedicated individual looking to support pupils with SEMH in a special school setting. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides essential support to both pupils and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support teachers to manage challenging behaviour in the classroom
- Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, developing their skills and confidence
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver interventions

- Team Teach training (desirable)
Salary: £24-£30 per hour, estimated annual salary £40,000-£50,000 based on 40 hours per week.
