Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced test hardware and software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, and optimizing testing methodologies to enhance efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Advanced Test Solutions: Develop and implement advanced test hardware and software solutions to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Optimize Testing Methodologies: Analyze and optimize testing methodologies to enhance efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness, reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues, working closely with product and design engineers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to production teams at various stages of the development process, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing, including bench testing and ATE production system development.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of working with OSAT engineers in high-volume production environments.
  • Wafer Level and Final Test Experience: Experience with wafer level and final test, including design and implementation of test fixtures and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Analog, Mixed-Signal, and RF Testing: Proficiency in analog, mixed-signal, and RF testing, including design and implementation of test equipment and software.
  • Familiarity with JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, IDDQ, Flash: Familiarity with JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, IDDQ, and Flash testing, including design and implementation of test equipment and software.
  • Hands-on Experience with Teradyne Testers: Hands-on experience with Teradyne testers, including design and implementation of test equipment and software.
  • Proficiency in Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, C, or C#.
