Senior Test Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring seamless integration with product development.
  • Design and implement advanced test hardware and software solutions, leveraging expertise in semiconductor testing and ATE production system development.
  • Optimize testing methodologies to enhance efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues, working closely with product and design engineers to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams at various stages of the development process, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in semiconductor testing, including bench testing and ATE production system development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to work with OSAT engineers in high-volume production environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Wafer Level and Final Test Experience, with a strong understanding of analog, mixed-signal, and RF testing principles.
  • Familiarity with JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, IDDQ, Flash, and other relevant testing technologies, with hands-on experience with Teradyne testers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, C, or C#, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
