Key Responsibilities for the Senior Test Engineering Specialist:

  • Work closely with the ASIC engineering team to develop effective production testing strategies that comply with automotive quality benchmarks.
  • Design and implement test hardware for comprehensive multisite production testing and device evaluation.
  • Devise innovative testing methodologies aimed at improving yield rates and minimizing costs.
  • Write and refine test program code while actively participating in code review sessions.
  • Formulate comprehensive test plans and diagnose root causes of testing challenges.
  • Engage in pre-production processes and support qualification testing efforts.
  • Create hardware diagnostic programs and scripts for effective troubleshooting and data analysis.

Qualifications for the Senior Test Engineering Specialist:

  • Significant experience in semiconductor bench testing and ATE production system development.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor testing procedures with a strong production background.
  • Robust understanding of electronic circuit functionality and testing techniques.
  • Experience in testing Analog and Mixed signal components.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, C, and C# is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with schematic design tools and version control systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
