Service Development and Reporting Manager

The Victims and Survivors Service is seeking a highly skilled Service Development and Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new services and improving existing ones, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new services and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with community partners, service users, funders, and others to develop services through a co-design process.
  • Utilize data, learning, and information available internally and externally to develop and enhance effective services and support for victims and survivors.
  • Design and develop effective systems and processes for the collation and presentation of timely internal reporting, to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Develop internal processes and approaches to effective and efficient information sharing and communications within a hybrid working environment.
  • Coordinate and manage a range of external reporting, including corporate and delivery plans, annual reports, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate the analysis and presentation of information relating to activity undertaken by community partner organizations.
  • Fulfill the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for VSS and lead on a project to deliver and maintain an Electronic Records and Document Management System.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision making by providing key recommendations, underpinned by quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Develop efficient and robust reporting systems to monitor organizational key performance metrics.
