Are you passionate about working with children and developing engaging programs? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our After School and Holiday Clubs in Hounslow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with us as a Club Manager, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will work closely with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Implement protocols and policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
