Facility Management Specialist

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of various hotels in central London.
You will manage key facility services, including housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Your role will involve coordinating with service providers to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and waste management services across multiple hotel locations.
- Coordinate with service providers to optimize costs and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, health and safety regulations, and client policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in a management role.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work across different locations as needed.
- Demonstrated qualities: flexible, innovative, client-focused, proactive, commercially aware, and skilled in communication across all levels.
Compensation:
