About the Job

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join their team at the Esso West London Terminal in Stanwell. The ideal candidate will have formal electrical qualifications and experience working in a similar environment.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance at the client premises. This will include maintaining compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures. The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will also respond to emergency call-outs to ensure client systems are not prejudiced and to maintain continuity of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake planned maintenance of building engineering services to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to ensure client systems are not prejudiced and to maintain continuity of operation.
  • Operate the contract in a proactive manner to minimize difficulties with building environmental systems.
  • Ensure all communication channels are utilized to keep both the client and the company informed of relevant information.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Formal electrical qualifications.
  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge and experience completing Atex inspections would be desirable but not essential as training can be given.
  • Knowledge and experience on maintaining Pumps/Motors/Control systems.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
