Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Briscoes and Rebel Sport in Hastings. As a key member of our multi-site retail management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure the profitability of the store/s within the PC
- Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
- Ensure administrative and audit processes are followed
- Maintain the integrity of inventory and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in a big-box retail setting
- Prior experience leading staff within the retail environment
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills
- High level of business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated, and working as a team player
- Enthusiastic and calm under pressure
- Reliable and flexible to work rostered shifts including weekends and evenings
