Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards
- Proven experience as a Manager or Leader in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel within a 45-minute radius of the store location
- High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency
