Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and Leonardo functions.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Experience in electronic accounts payable processing, reconciliations, and query resolution.
  • Prioritize own workload independently and on own initiative to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with other functions and levels within the company to resolve issues.
  • Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.
